Fletchers' Mill Pepper Mills are fitted with a stainless-steel
two-step mechanism which first cracks the peppercorns to release their natural
oils and flavors, and then grinds the peppercorns to your chosen consistency.
The stainless-steel mechanism is designed for grinding pepper and offers a wide
range of grinds from fine to coarse.
Salt Mills have an adjustable nylon crushing system. We feature nylon as it
will not corrode when using salt. It too offers multiple grind settings.
Salt
cannot be used in the pepper mills!
